The other branch

Most enquiries do not answer the first text. This is the sequence that runs when nobody replies — and where it stops.

  1. +1 day, 10:15am — one text, different angle: the two soonest openings, nothing else.
  2. +3 days, 8:00am — one email with the same two openings and a one-line answer to the question they asked.
  3. +7 days — one last text: "want me to close this out?"
  4. Then it stops. The lead moves to a dormant list and no further automated message is sent. A sequence with no end is how a follow-up system turns into a complaint.

What triggered each message

Every step is a rule somebody wrote. Nothing here decides on its own what a qualified lead is.

The trace fills in as the walkthrough runs.
